Windows Mode Problems

Running Vista x64. I run MS, and the put it into windows mode. Does not matter if I use alt-enter or use the System option and put it into windows mode. I then want to go back to full screen, and MS goes haywire, switching between windows mode and full screen mode, back and forth, back and forth and only way to stop it is killing it in Task Manager. Similar issue as well, running it in Windows Mode, I use some other programs (browser usually) and I switch back to MS, and I can not, it is invisible. The window is there as I can not click anything under it, the window is simple invisible. You would only understand these 2 problems if you have seen them before. Anyone know of a solution. I have removed MS and re-installed, and it still does it. It does not do it every single time, but I would say about 50/50 chance of it happening. Thanks

I had the exact same problem on windows7, reformatting my computer fixed it. I'm not sure of any other way D=

I have the same problems also ! I also get a problem where my MS glitches where it disables the buttons such as menu, cash shop and preventing me from talking to a NPC, forcing me to use keyboard shortcuts. My maplestory also likes to play hide and seek, often my MS will completely vanish from the taskbar but it it is still running in the background. The only way to fix these problems to re-log or kill it with Task Manager: Processes. BTW my operating system is windows 7. Maplestory was made only to run properly on xp. ):

I got the second one, but only when I opened up two instances of MapleStory using... methods. Sometimes, when I make the second MapleStory in windowed, the one that was already open would be invisible. I just restart it and reopen.

That happens to me, so I can't switch from window to full screen. I'm using Windows 7, 64. When I first go into window mode, this pop up comes up saying something like MSCVP71.dll is missing and that I should "reinstall the program." If I leave MS minimized for a while, and then go back, that pop up keeps coming and it doesn't stop, so I have to close MS with the Task Manager. :/ Edit: Like someone else said, sometimes my MS likes to hide. It 'crashes,' but it stays in my process list. x_x

I have that... the only time it happens to me though is when I go to windows mode then to full screen quickly... it's as if it's overloaded decembersrain I have that same thing with msvcp71.dll... i reformatted comp a little while back and its not there which is rather annoying T_T

And this is why I never used Vista and switched from Windows 7 back to XP >.< If you figure out a solution besides constantly reformatting it please share :3

I am on Vista 32bit thou [/quote] My keyboard doesn't have a scroll lock button, and the company has this program so I can set certain buttons to do certain things.. I set my F12 to be my scroll lock; if I'm in window mode, sometimes it closes MS. I went to use my hp pot (delete button) and MS closed. Sometimes, it randomly just closes for no reason, and no error. :/ If I go in the MTS/CS, it'll dc me and say there's problems with the server - I go to log back in, but when I click the first number of my PIC, MS closes. It's so annoying...
