Is this Kandine Worth anything?

I found this dagger, and since I am rather new to the whole potential concept I really have no clue whatsoever as too what prices are or even if this thing is worth anything, so if you could please spare a few moments I would appreciate it. the Kandine is attk: 78 +3 avoid all slots still there plus added potential of +12 STR and +4 wepson attk. Anyways many thanks for your time.

I don't think the Kandine is too popular, so I don't think even with an average potential of +4 attack you'll get more than 1 mil for that dagger.

I would totally buy that for 10mil+. Avg Kandines are 77atk I think.
