Price Check: Bera: 5/154 Reverse Black Beauty

Hi there, I need to price check a 5/154 Reverse Black Beauty. (The 5 would be 5 DEX of course.) It's hammered already, 8/9 scrolls worked, and it has Potential: A Crit Rate of 4% and Avoid +24. Someone is selling one to me, so I'd like to know what I should offer. Thanks in advance! EDIT: As of now I have saved up about 2Bil for it, but the buyer wants to wait to see if he can get a higher bid. If it is worth more, then how much more should I be offering?

I don't think he re-cubed it. Or maybe he did, but it's still rare. And his is glowing yellow, not green.

A Beran 170+ Bucc (who is in a guild Allianced with the IronArrows guild) said that it should be worth around 1.6bil. Certainly not over max mesos.

The Crossbow in question Flamesnation Thanks , it's my 2nd 114atk 5dex 12speed clean BB, though my previous turned out +5 only, and only ganied 2 atk from lvling. (This one.) Limucocobobo Why certainly not over max mesos? It's 154atk unlvled o-o. That's like 6 atk off of the maximum you can have (without enhancements). Because the bucc is in alliance with IronArrow doesn't mean he knows alot about the value of crossbows. DragonBandit Psychological Tricks like that won't work for me :P.
