I cant play EMS?

Today I was logging on like avreyday and when I got to the character selection screen and wanted to go in game the screen wenrt black after and went back to the starting screen with an error that sais: "Unable to log in the server." When I try logging in again it sais im aready logged on while im not. Anyone knows how to fix this? (I know my grammar sucks. )
