Alright so I had 290mil and I was looking for a PAC. I saw 5 White scrolls in bera and I was confused... 36mil? This can't be right.

It's because of pam's song don't see it till pam's song event is gone, then you can make profit

he missed a 0 and he got screwed for it. They are worth 200-250m atm and will jump back up to 350/400m ish were they belong a few months after the pam song crap is gone
