Gifting NX And FM entrance Level rquirment?

So does anyone know the level requirment of a character to go into the fm? and also does anyone know what level i can start sending NX?

My Characters: Drag - 89 Scania Chief Bandit

The level required is 1 if I'm not mistaken

I think FM is 10 idk if there is a limit to gifting, but u can't get NX i think until you have the account for 30 days.

...I think 8 but I have seen lvl 1 nobelse spaming hack website in fm i think 8 or I'd say 8 tho

WTH people are kinda stupid =) how can it be lvl 10 or lvl 8 theres no restriction. gifting nx can be done with nx prepaid only.
