Processing Request Error Help!

"We're still processing your request at this time, so you dont have access to this game for now." I keep getting this error after I d/c from the game in the FM http://i50.tinypic.com/28jc53.jpg (I know that picture is from old ms, but it is the same error) Can anyone help? I cant log on my account!
