| I'm 16. One time, this year, around May, I bought a card during lunch time at school (walked to 7-11) and I finally got home, and I tried using the card like 10-15 times, it didn't work. So I called the 7-11 by the number on the receipt and I told him that the card I bought at lunch today doesn't work. At this time it was raining and I had no ride there the 7-11 and my house are about 30 minutes apart using a bike. The person working there tells me to go to 7-11 with the receipt and we'll see from there. So after being drenched in rain, I leave my bike outside the store and walk in with a semi-pissed face. I went to the line up and waited for my turn. when it was finally my turn, I placed the card on the counter and said it didn't work. So he look at it a bit and ask me for the receipt, so I give it to him. He's trying to do something for about 5 minutes. After holding up his line a bit, he tells me to move to the other side of the counter and i do. He then calls someone related to the cards, probably the person that gave them the bundle of nexon cards. So, after he finished talking to the guy on the phone, he hung up. So, I say, I want a refund. Then the guy that works there says, I'm sorry I can't do that. So I repeat, I want a refund, or an exchange for this card. Again, the cashier says, I can't do that. I say it again, and the cashier goes ahead and says, sorry that's the risk you take when you buy stuff. So I yelled at him and said, there's a risk buying cards that don't work? Yeah, right. Give me a refund or an exchange for this card. He goes and says do you want a gun to shoot me with? I'm like no, I want a refund or an exchange. Way beyond this point, everyone in the store was looking at me. He says Sorry, I can't help you. So, after I say I wanted a refund again, he just said, nothing is going to happen if you stay, and walked away from me. I stood there for 5 minutes. The same guy that was talking to me went outside and brought my bike in. I didn't say anything but in my mind I was like... wth? around 2-3 minute after he brings my bike in, POLICE walk in the back door of 7-11. I was like, of crap. I knew it was for me. So the police acted casual about it. They walk in the backdoor and grab a slurpue container and fill it up. Then he walked toward me and asked, what's the problem sir. I explain the entire story. The cashier guy was like I'm just trying to help him, I even brought his bike inside. Again, in my mind i was like WTH. So the police tells me to leave 7-11, and I do. I was so pissed about it, I biked around a restaurant pretty close from 7-11 for about minutes. Then I decided to go back home. As I was going home, I noticed a police car come out of the back of 7-11. And every 10-15 minutes back, there was another police car.. it seemed like they were following me. Thankfully, nothing happened. I wasted 12 dollars. |
