so at lvl 27 i have 21 dex which then i can add pots so 21+8=29 then 15 acc from wep so 29+15=44 will i be able to do party cpq room 1,2 Also can i do cpq room 1,2 i am planning on getting polemastery

Don't add more dex, get acc earrings.
