It stands for "Blessing of (the) Fairy." It's a skill that every character has in their beginner skillbook. Every 10 levels that you level up, you get 1 point into it, which adds 1 atk, 2 m.atk, and 1 avoid and acc each. The thing is that only the other characters on the account get the benefit. For example, my Sniper has level 11 BoF, which gives 11 w.atk to all my other characters. My next highest level character is 57, so my Sniper gets level 5 BoF.
