And we COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN the capitals and the penguins star players exposing their weaknesses. Then the flyers exposed our weaknesses : lack of secondary scoring, size Montreal needs a lot more tweaking to become a real solid contender year in and year out but we are on our way there, look at our prospect pool of upcoming young guns it is very solid. We make it to the playoffs every single year even though we dont manage to make it to the finals, thats only 16 teams that make it each year, so we are far from the bottom crop. And guys like Gionta, Cam, Subban, Price, Markov are real beasts, the only issue with Markov is his injury and the problem with Price is work ethic but when that guy is on his game, he shows flashes of pure brilliance a la Brodeur and Patrick Roy. The Habs are far from perfect but to say they suck? Seriously? Your from Montreal and your dissing a part our history? As long as we beat the Boston Bruins every chance we get and we dont end up like maple suck town, we are far from sucking. At least our future is looking bright with our prospects at the very least. Anyways, I'm from Montreal. |
