Help: FATSUS Skill Build

I've been researching FATSUS and FABSUS and it seems that everyone things FATSUS is better. I tried looking online, but I couldn't find much help with the skill build and I still have a few questions about it. 1) Is it okay that I still maxed Slash Storm? 2) When does it get better than FABSUS (everyone also said that FABSUS was better at first)? 3) Do I still not max TS at 3rd job (55-69) if I follow FATSUS, should I instead wait to max FA and Upper Stab (or w/e it's called) first? 4) Is there a skill distribution guide that I can follow for FATSUS? Thanks a lot!

FABSUS training = 70-80 FATSUS training = 80+ What I'm doing is getting FABS/FABSUS right away at level 70, then during the 7xs leveling up Tornado Spin so that it will be maxed by the time I reach 80.
