STR Dual Blades Anyone?

Ok so i havn't made a dual blade yet o.o im going to be normal dex if any of you care. but i was wondering is a Str dual blade better then a dexless one? And if so has any one made it yet o.o

I wouldn't think so, keep in mind what makes dual blades special is the katara and I don't think there are any STR kataras, so putting points in STR instead of LUK or DEX would be a bit of a waste, at least by my logic. But then again wtf do I know?

str dits probably just do it for the khanjars and their attack bonuses, but then kataras also have attack on them as well. the only reason i could think of doing it is because of looks, and the normal luck daggers look like... eww.

Unless you want the looks str dbs arn't better then luk dbs. However, maybe one exception and that is if your so funded you are able to go low str 4 base with 76 in str equips as well as 160 dex including equips and low dex. If you can some how pull off the funds for that then maybe just maybe str dbs will be better. However, that will require a lot of funds and a lot of luck on potential stats to achieve. If your unfunded then just go reg dex and just go luk db. Str is for looks really. If you dont care about dmg and want looks then yea go str db.

Dual Blades can't equip shields, I don't think

They're not really stronger or weaker than luk DBs, it's basically just preference. If you have to add points into str, it'll take away a little from your damage, but you can pull it off with equips and a base of 4 fairly easily, especially with potential gear now.

My Dual Blade is a STR DB, but that's because I like the STR daggers better than the LUK ones. Although right now I'm stuck using the LUK dagger until I get enough STR into my visitor set to make up for what I lost from my equips. Which I wonder if one could potential the suits or not?
