So I see many threads about people submitting tickets and everybody saying nexon fails and sucks with the tickets, but I am wondering if there is any key information that i need to include in my ticket to have the best chance of getting my stuff back. Any information that I need to include would be a help, or even better if someone has had a successful ticket with this let me know what info you included. Thanks so much.

yeah. if you go to log a ticket i think its under game related and hacked account. idk what they do.
