VIP items do you need

in order to get the VIP items do you need to have collected 7 badges? or do you have to only do it once? ;/

Nope! the 7 badges just gives you a 15 day super awesome rocket mount which i have not gotten off since i got it haha

I don't think so, from what I hear the weapons are rewards from the PQ, and you upgrade them with Bing Medals (you need A LOT). But I could be wrong, though.

Q about the mount... is it a "mount cover"..? Meaning you already have to have a pig or whatever for it to do any good, or is it usable by itself..?
