Gunslinger or Assasin?

Which one should I choose? I have 210m and 12 att wg. I have lv 22 slinger, his damage is 27 to 197. I know it is weak but the speed of double shot pretty much makes it more faster at training. Is this gunslingers damage will becojme worse in 30to60s? which one should i choose?
