New VIP dagger and other wepons?

So as many of you have already noticed, on the New Item section of Basil, there are many VIP wepons. How are they obtainable? I've seen few VIP belts/pendants also. Or is this still a unreleased equip? I'm sure its going to be something like the Maku where you keep upgradeing your item. But how do you even get the 1st Unwelcome wepon? Any information would help. No you get the suit from a jump quest in the second part and the alien invasion, which they took back for a few days The badges do nothing but get you a 15 day mount
