Is Volleyball a girl sport?

Since school starts in 6 days and starting freshman and plan to join a sport which would be volleyball. When I went to summer school to prepare for Honors Algebra 2 the coordinator gave us the chance to go to the sports director and get a sports from. But, here the twist the sports director told me it was a girl sport but my middle school had a boy volleyball team. I don't like any other sport but volleyball so I guess I'm stuck in the house after school watching Avatar -___- /end rant Question: Do you think volleyball is a girl sport? Discuss (For the people that think I'm gay for liking volleyball, I don't care) Good Day~ EDIT: Ummm, not trying to be a sexist or anything but my friend told me this girl got accepted at the wrestling team(the only girl) ._. and is this like Gender Discrimination or something?

lolol r u serious, volley ball is so much more fun to watch when guys play cause they hit soo hard, unless its beach then yea.

lol, my school has a unisex volleyball team and more than half of it were guys.

Well, the uglier-looking girls tend to play volley-ball from around my way. And the "better-looking guys" (from what one of my girlfriends said) play volleyball. So, playing volleyball will make you good-looking.
