Considering most of basil is a Dexless sin hater, they should enjoy this. People are not understanding what I said, I meant that Bye to all other NLs, other classes have godly weps like this aswell not requiring any stats. Just saying that the best -less class is Sins so they will be most successful with this item, also considering that a godly maple skanda has 60att and this has 64att clean.

Actually! it's balanced. This is because they'll need to be able to equip a level 80 top, bottom, and boot to get a decent potential. While dexless nightlords will have 100 atk claws, they'll be missing the 30% luk that others have.
