Windows 7 Crashing.

So a couple days ago I got a brand new laptop. Its windows 7, and well... I don't know much about computers, but you can find what it has here . I'll be playing Maplestory, and suddenly - without warning it will crash and it won't let me turn Maplestory back on, so I have to retart my computer. I don't lag either, so I'm not lagging out. Anyways, if anyone has any information on how I can fix this, It'd be much appreciated.

i got windows 7 and i do crash when i do the oss missions, sometimes it shows the ship going to the mission and sometimes screen goes blank and i have to restart.

[/quote] Well you dont have to restart just open taskmanager go to processes and find maplestory.exe and end it

I was looking over the specs on your laptop, and you should be able to run maple just fine, along with other programs. I've been hearing alot of people get problems with maple when they use Windows 7, so you should probably look up the error code (if there is one) and see how to solve the problem. If there is no error code, you might wanna turn off any firewalls, and antivirus programs, just in case. If those don't solve the problem, then I honestly don't know what to tell you.

When maple randomly dcs, you have to end the prscesses. Ctrl + alt + del . then task manager.

yea this happens to me aswell, i also have windows7. i ususally just use taskmanager to fix it.

[/quote] I get all sorts of error messages when I dc from maple on my W7 lol o.o And alot of times when i dc form maple while boss running (especially zak) I don't even get an error message, the window just closes. Anyone have any ideas of what to do other than alttabbing, alt enterring, or changing quality? (tried all 3 of em, they don't always work for me)
