me and my friend and trying to scroll our hanjars

I think they're gacha only, although some quests may give them as rewards. There's one in singapore that has a chance of giving you a dark shield atk scroll

Gach only then. Or you could buy them in the mts for 30-40k *edit: not sure about how much they'd be in the fm though, it'll probably vary by server but it's bound to be at least a few hundred mil

60% shield attack scrolls are worth about 200m~400m. No monsters drop 60% as they are usually found through GACH

Yea i'm pretty sure all shield atk scrolls are gach only
