anyone know what jobs/levels are needed to create a BPQ easy mode dream team? I know sins and archers are very helpful in the PQ.

People who say DB must have good control. Also, you can't use wep att buff inside. All members beside support class should have hero's gladius (20 wep att buff) and rage works with it giving +40 wep att buff = easier kill. Try to find DBs with good control, dexless sin, perferably spearmen for HB and archer.

It would be a mixture of dexless sins and strless archers. But heavily funded, each should hit at least 10k. That would be so epic.
