whats stronger at third job? and at fourth job? and after big bang? thanks! ~edit~ I tried to post it at "new players", didnt work... how do i open this thread there?

My Characters: cowfromhell - 73 Bera Assassin

3rd: Hermit. Those guys are made for 1v1. As for mobbing, DBs are better BY FAR. They can level at least 3 times faster than a hermit at the same level with similar funds. 4th: Same as above. After BB: 3rd job: Hermits for 1v1, DBs for mobbing (although Hermits will be pretty good mobbers as well now). 4th job: 1v1 is about tied (NLs are better with SE though), DBs are better at mobbing. EDIT: Pre-BB, in 4th job, NLs have terrible 1v1 unless they have SE. Dual Blades have much better 1v1 damage. (Thanks dragonice1 XD)

In 4th job, DB's have the BEST DPS in the game when final cut is activated. However, on average with the cooldown on final cut, DB's are only beaten by 100+ combo arans. Of course, equips will probably make a bigger difference. Night lords also have a 15 minute apple, and they have very good DPS with SE. They also do very stable damage, not being effected by combos or cooldowns. They are also long ranged, which gives them a certain level of safety against high-touch damage bosses.

[/quote] i forgot to put that NLs only have good 1v1 with SE... whoops XD And i'm gonna fix that part right now lol luna We're everywhere. Take it in or quit. >:O

[/quote] but final cut has 1 min cooldown... meanwhile dbs use fatal blow for 1 vs 1, right? are they still stronger than nls in this time? btw, se means sharp eyes right?

I don't think you use FB once you hit 4th job, CoH is better.
