How did you level up so fast?

Everytime I go on Basil Market, I see high level people and threads like "What's your 1st level 120". I also see people saying stuff like "I can get to level 120 in a month using Big Bang". I've been playing maplestory for a long time and I have never gotten a guy to 3rd job. My highest leveled characters are a level 32 Dual Blade and a level 23 Magician. What am I missing that allows everyone else to level up so fast?

If you haven't gotten past 50 yet than I don't think getting past 100 will be easy at all... Just do a bit at a time. Say, get 10% a day or something.

Nothing, except days and days of hard (HARD!) grinding, which will pretty much screw up a % of your social life (No offence intended basilers)

If your someone new to the game dw about it you will level fast soon ^^ Me i level fast cause i have alot of family rep mules as well as 2x exp cs cards and ring mules to gain fast levels, But yea... it takes time and money to earn those

if you know WHERE to train and what pqs to try out then you can level pretty fast. i got my dit to lv 67 only in like two weeks without excessive grinding

Uhm, 1-43 in day for me just with PQs. =D So, if you want to level, I suggest you do PQs.

yea you probably have a life, if you really wanna get to 3rd job atleast you gotta grind for alot of hours a day i usually grind for like 4 hours a day but it also depends where your training at

When you say grinding, does that mean just plain killing monsters?

the best experience is doing quests Party quests you can grind, but if you do not find them fun, then do a LOT of quests. Try doing similar quests together. (like the ones in sleepy for killing 99 H mushrooms and 99 Z mushrooms) since those two mushies are mingled together, do those quests together. Its great EXP and you get lots of pots from completing the quests, and if you want to, you can do these quests over and over. (once you complete both the 99 and 999 you have to wait until the next day to start them over.)

Grinding= Killing monsters D: yes that's how it works lol I personally never leeched this character and it's my highest and it took me about a year and a half to get it to it's current level. I did the majority of my lvling last year on Maple's b-day because they had an entire day of 2x and I carded and used a rep at that time because you could stack them back before they fixed it lol. It takes time to lvl but depending on your class you may be able to party with people and level.

Usually these higher levels can easily get nx, either from buying alot or from MTS.

when they say 1 month they actually mean 24/7 for 3 weeks.....so around 500 hours in 1 month...O.O those no lives
