Keep my level 80 gun?

Hi guys was wondering should i keep my level 80 gun its 95 attack (i plan to hammer it twice to try and get 105 attack) it also has 6% damage potential was wondering if i should keep this gun or pump 20 more str into my build? so that i can wear the level 100 gun so i am wondering + 20 str or about 5 more weapon attack? which is the better option considering the level 80 gun has 6% damage or i can get more str equips but yes str equips are hard to get and quite expensive i have 33 base dex at the moment but im using a white Gaia cape + 16, Str Scarlion hat + 17 Str, Deputy star + 5 str and the overall + 6 str at the moment its + 53 Str. I was thinking of ditching the white Gaia cape and getting a 3 attack 8 Str cape as well the white gaia cape has not been scrolled 5 slots left Please tell me your opinion on what i should do ;) also wondering when i should dual snipe at newts does ice splitter freeze longer as i raise it higher? you can try scrolling the white gaia cape for dex if scrolling goes well you can use that instead of gettng the 3/8 str cape until you decide to get a 5-6+ att cape~ I'm not too sure about gun choice nowadays (potential system messed me up) but the wrath should fair well for now until later on you might want to consider potentialing/cubing a concerto for boss dmg% bonus as I was told :O

Okay new plan at the moment i plan on getting a 80 attack clean concerto and then using Pams song with 50% to try and make it a 125 attack gun ill probably scroll my white Gaia cape and get it to 26 str all up together with some other equips it should be 100 ill probably leave my dex on 33 for now until i get more rich to get godlier gear Dex gear and get str to about 50 because Keeping str low means str equip which is less benefit so i should get dex instead cool123ter i bought it for 250m its scrolled 5/7 50% scrolls worked so its + 25 attack with 2 hammer slots left contact me if you have offers so umm can anyone answer my ice splitter question when should i dual snipe the 2 newts with ice splitter + triple shot ? does ice splitter freeze longer at higher levels?
