"DECENT" Potential skills query

I'm having trouble deciding whether or not I should start potential scrolling and miracle cubing low level items(30-70) to get the following skills you can now get from potential now: Haste (Shoes) [Your character must be level 70 or higher to have a chance to get this, and the item must be Epic to receive the skill as an upgrade] Level 1 - MP -50, For 200 seconds, Speed +20, Jump +10 Mystic Door (Hat) [Your character must be level 70 or higher to have a chance to get this, and the item must be Epic to receive the skill as an upgrade] Level 1 - MP -120, Consume 2 magic rocks, magic door lasts 120 seconds Sharp Eyes (Gloves) [Your character must be level 120 or higher to have a chance to get this, and the item must be Unique to receive the skill as an upgrade] Level 1 - MP -80, For 240 seconds, Critical Chance +10%, Damage +25% Hyper Body (Top/Bottom/Overall) [Your character must be level 70 or higher to have a chance to get this, and the item must be Unique to receive the skill as an upgrade] Level 1 - MP -80, For 240 seconds, Increase Max MP +40%, Increase max HP +40% (Credits to S0UTHPARRY) a->e The thing is everyone's arguing about whether or not an item that is lower that Lv71 can get skills because it's on a lower tier. [/quote] We can clearly see that those pants are lv70 and lower than the lv71+ tier. So that's what's getting me so confused. Can you just be lv70/higher to potential scrolls those skills on any item until *edit* it's EPIC/ UNIQUE or only EPIC/UNIQUE lv70+ items? *edit*Because imagine a lv20ish character already using haste because they're equiping sandals that can use haste. Also, if you put on the shoes and then take them off, would that cancel out your buff?

i potentialed neos pants with 3 pot slots on them till i got HB. i keep my pants in storage and still get to use the skill. i suggest when trying for skillz always use a 3 slot item for better changes.

ONLY reverse gloves which are lvl 120 can get SE? Is it confirmed? I want to know cause I already got my SCGs to unique rank. I wont waste cubes on it if its 120+ gloves ONLY.

to get decent haste do you only need the item to be epic? o_o i though you needed unique?

Only lv 120 gloves can have the SE decent potential applied to it. But basically, if you can get the gloves to 10attack+, then you'll probably ditch your SCGs for that Lubav

You have to equip another glove, and the buff will stay.
