i want to find a nice potential one (kinda hard since there are aliens everywhere >.<)

Don't bother. Even if you find one with potential, good chance it wont provide anything good. Plus, its not that hard to level on a dual blade so you'll be done with it before you know it. If you still want to farm, i guess you can look at the drop list. Buffys, Cerebes, etc.
