575 million is not their total profits, a lot of that money is expenses like servers or workers. Revenue =/= profits

Ahh I found what they've been spending on "Acquisition of NDOORS It was announced by Nexon on May 4, 2010, that they had acquired NDOORS.[citation needed] The amount that Nexon paid for 67% of Ndoors' equity was undisclosed, but is speculated to be close to 200 billion Won (US$ 153.9 million), which was the original 'wish-price' from Ndoors. From this acquisition, Nexon will take over IPs of Goonzu Online, Atlantica, Corum Online, two upcoming MMORPG titles, as well as publishing rights of Perfect World's Battle of the Immortals in Korea. [edit]Acquisition of GameHi On May 27, 2010 Nexon acquired bought a controlling stake in GameHi for US$59.8 million. Nexon bought 29.3 percent of the company's shares as well as management rights for control of GameHi from Gun-Il Kim, the largest shareholder in GameHi.[3]"

That's their revenue, meaning it's their income before any deductions are made like paying employees, paying for anything, taxes, etc. Sure that's a lot of money, and I totally agree that it should and could be used for better customer support, but after all it's a business and apparently it's more beneficial to them to not put in as much into customer service because they aren't losing that many people. If they started to lose thousands of nx paying customers ONLY because of bad customer support, then they would adapt and use their profits to improve their customer support and keep their customers from leaving.
