Balrog PQ really MESSED up Nexon GLITCH!

I can't really explain ill show an ss later if someone can tell me how to edit and quote T^T So bassicly when i enter the pq it shows balrog in healing mode(horns purple) but no tombstone. And the really wierd thing is that when it attacks, there seems to be the real balrog behind it(like one balrog on top of the other) When the bottom balrog uses healing mode, the top balrog shows the action of doing it! So the top balrog has purple horns and the bottom one is normal balrog. For some reason the balrog didnt attack me for 8 minutes and no damage reflect yet my party members were still attacking it. I dont think it was some kind of lag even though im on wireless connection. I d/c randomly and can never finish the pq. SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME! T^T Btw this is AFTER the patch i dont want to reinstall any suggestions?

Ya when I go into bow the balrog with the blue/black horns is covering the balrog we are atacking
