Arans after BB, newbs or pros?

Well, i started to read in other forums and m Guild also tells me that Arans are going to completely suck after BB. Since i started a Aran not to long ago and is currently lvl 112, i am asking people from Basil if i am wasting my time trying to lvl up my Aran.

Arans are going to be even BETTER after Big Bang. Our overswing gets pumped with steroids.

the only thing that happens to arans is that their finishers go down like fernir and tempest BUT our full swing and over swing go up which is our main attacking skills. the finishers are only really used while training and in boss runs u will rarely every see an aran use a finisher because higher combo leads to more damage and higher crit. so i believe we will only get better because the skills that are actually useful get a big boost

Our combo skills that we hardly use for bossing gets nerfed. However, our main moves, Double, Triple, and Overswing gets boosted up like above said, with steroids.

I Heard that explorer ( Bowman, Warrior, Thief, Mage, Pirate ) wil be the Stronger of all but Aran will still Be Good . =)

critital isnt nerfed. it stays the same with base crit% and from what I know we'll be able to crit with a 20% base chance with crit swing. Which means its an improvement cause we'll be able to crit 25% (im not 100% sure of the base crit%) of the time without any combo. and by having a higher combo count our crit rate will build up to the normal rate which it is now at max. except crit dmg goes down. but that happend to all the classes so.

[/quote] Actually, I beleive our critical rate did go down, but not by much, I think our new critical rate is 55%. Now, criticals are multiplied, which could be good or bad. I'm not sure about our damage %'s yet.
