I was learning about building websites and how people make money off of it by ads etc.. after watching alot of videos it led me to believe Mr.Basil is rich because this is probably the goto site for MapleStory. Its clever on Mr.Basils part to build this website, because after all these years the site has been up.. he must be rich now. Before I thought it was all non-profit but after learning about it, dang, hes a rich business man.

You don't get as much money from ads if most of your traffic is just the same few thousand people coming on every day.

Not really. Most people block ads. He has to pay to keep the server/s running, and this is't the go-to site. there are others, liek hiddenstreet, nexon forums, sleepywood, et cetera.

when u make a website, you PAY for the ads not to show. plus he needs to pay for the server. He might make a few bucks, idk
