A question about girls

I need a way to tell a girl two things: I've been watching you and I love you. I have two ideas here to go about this: 1- At 12:00 AM put a ladder up to her window, use a sharp knife to cut through her window, and sit in the corner of her room until she wakes up and yell "surprise!" 2- Follow her into a public bathroom, drug her to sleep, and have her wake up in a dark room with nothing but the sound of my voice. Which one sounds better?

1- Yell "Surprise!" will scare the life out of her and seeing a knife she will think your a psychopath 2- Follow her into a public washroom she either thinks your a stalker or ur a perv. Drugging her and putting her into a dark room and hear nothing but your voice will drive her crazy. It's better if you just go up to the girl and tell her your feelings instead of doing these weird things

Buy a high-power telescope to look at her through the window and periodically send her letters saying how much you like her and that you're always watching her attached with pictures of her. Or just ask her out like a normal person.
