Hey i'm getting a Laptop for my birthday and I want you guys to rate it. MSI CR620 Processor: Intel Core i3-350M 2.26GHz. Screen: 15.6". Graphic Card: Intel HD Graphic. Ram: 4GB DDR3 Hard drive: 320GB SATA 5400RPM. Operating(?) System: Windows 7 64 Bit Premium. And last but not least, Price: 968.7$. Thanks! :D

With that graphics card, you can't play anything better 'n this game. It's a decent computer, just not worth that price.

Everything is decent, except for the graphics card, and possibly, the display resolution of your monitor, since you did not list it. Even your standard Macbook has better specs than this computer (this is assuming the 15.6 inch screen has a mediocre 1366 x 768 display resolution), and it costs the same. I would recommend you look for a computer that has at least Radeon HD, or Nvidia graphics. Trust me, it will be much better in the long run for games. However, MW2 is quite demanding, and Intel's graphics would absolutely fail at it.
