I just logged in to maplestory today and got a message that asked me to verify my account using a verfication link that was sent to my email. I know what email I signed up with so I know where the link was sent, thing is the email hasn't been used for 3 years and now it dosen't exist, and the email provider told me on the phone that I can't make it over again since you can't use an email that's already been used in previous times yet deleted atm. help please? ^^ I'm trying to get Nexon on they're cell at LA >___>

as in make the email again? I tried and it says "this username already exsits, try username0, or maybe username1, or username2" so I can't remake the email... even though it still exsits but is OUT OF SERVICE so let's say nexon sends me the letter with the link, the email won't get it! even though I can't access it -_- so yeah I gotta contact nexon and tell them this, but I can't reach the ticketing system since I didn't veryify my account and the only way I see to pass this is by reaching them on the phone >_>

What email did you use? cause if you use Yahoo, you'll be able to recover it and you can just ask/resend the verification.

I used an Israeli email provider named Walla

Customer service doesn't open back up until tomorrow, they take the weekend off.

I have the same problem. Except I won't try calling them. But does it show you a: " You�re almost there. Account Activation Link Sent! Activate Your Account and You're Ready to Play! An Account Activation Link has been sent to the email address below: (Email)" thing? If so, look at the very bottom. It says: "If you no longer have access to this email, please contact Customer Support by clicking here"

Easy, Go to pay by cash and find your last name. Then go to the Free offers page peanut labs and right click above 1st offer. Click inspect Element and search DOB. (Must have google chrome)

actually I know my dob and last name, and my email. I just don't know the password to my email T_T and anyway the email is "gone" since it wasn't used for 3 yrs it automaticly closed itself and you can't reopen it.

no no, it's my account, it's just that I logged into it using hidemyip lately so I think it did that beacuse of it. I tried the link and it dosen't work, it simply goes in to the login screen in-game and asks for username and password, then it tells me to log in from the website >_> glitch? I don't think so. the message I get is this: Your account has been deactivated for your protection. This has occurred due to account inactivity or improper access attempts to your account. Reactivating your account is easy. To reactivate your account, use the button below to send an activation link to your email. Once you click your activation link (in the email), your account will be ready to play. (NOTE: Please also check your Spam/Bulk Mail folder.) you guys don't understand, my email is "broken", since it wasn't used in the last 3 years, it automaticly turned off, so even if I could access it it wouldn't get the email from nexon, NOT AT ALL. this is bullcrap D:< does anybody know nexon's phone number at they're LA offices or HQ?
