Stupid Quest Lightbulb!

I hate it when you get the lightbulb, and you click accept, and it says "quest has ended due to an unknown error." And the dam lightbulb stays! Anyone know how to get rid of this annoying lightbulb? 0.o

Only way I have ever been able to get rid of it is to wait until the next day and log in. Happens to me all the time with the stupid 7th day Market notification. Might be able to get rid of it by logging out and back in. Never tried.

It doesn't go away. Ever. Unless they change the event. It's just a reminder about the market stuff.

you cant get rid of it, only when it goes away is when it is gone

The lightbulb will come up and won't dissapear due to server time differences. You have to wait until it is midnight on the website to be able to accept the quest away. For me I have to wait until 3 AM EST.

You can get rid of it by changing your computer's time. Change it to PST time and the lightbulb will dissappear/the quest will work. The reason for this unknown error quest: While it's still Friday in America, it's Saturday in some other countries. The lightbulb is client-sided, the quest server sided. That's why you cannot take the quest.
