Would 4 hours of 4x exp get me from lvl 82 to lvl 90? Im a lvl 82 Gunslinger and my atk range is 1416~2509 Thanks for your help.

Doubt it. You'll probably gain around 5 levels and then some (assuming minimal interruptions during those 4 hours).
