since they deactivated stage 2 i guess u cant enter or exit the map they said all people in the map would be sent to osss base, but i knew someone would get screwed over try relogging if that doesnt work send a ticket and theyll probably fix it in the next server check

Just cc, I had the same problem. It brought me back to the base but i still had the crystal and the quests.
