they did remove the quests but they forgot to take the aliens along with them

malyais, mini dungeons and sw are apprnlty clear of aliens. However like you i am doing ToT quests, very hard to do with alien spawns

Galloperas are safe, so is the mansion and the keep in NLC, I'm also guessing Singapore is safe. Think of the areas that weren't effected by the anniversary or events for that matter those places should be safe.
