How do you advance into Semi-Dualer?

| I checked the guides of Dualer, it says once you reach lvl 20, go to the fusion bar and go through that "hole" to see my job instructor. However, when I try to go in it just says "It's a hole in the wall" I wonder why and is it because I need to complete some quest in order to advance? Or because of the Server Check 2 hours ago? Please help me T^T |

| Nope. I advanced into a Semi-Dualer at around level 21 or 22 after finishing the quests. |

(At least that is what happened to me when I tried to advanced into a Semi-Dualer at level 20. |
