its like that. nexon made the %s SOOO effed up. theyre btchy with the percentages now... i met a lvl 140 shadower who blew up his varkit with 110 att (i think) by using a 80% enhancement.. i never really scrolled much, but all my 60%s i ever used, failed. im pretty sure its nexon

That's bullocks. I really do feel for you I'm so scared to Advanced potential any of my equips. I can't believe I'm saying this but... I wish they had an NX item that made it 100%. Maybe for like 1 - 3k nx. That would be nice.
