I ask for forgiveness and possibly a move if the thread topic is wrong. There's this guy who's been looking for my brother claiming he knows the both of us since Elementary school because "We played Yu Gi Oh cards back then" and saw us at our high school.. We never even heard of someone with his name -Which is Tommy- in our whole lives. He's been calling our house for 3 and a half hours now, and I'm starting to think about calling the police in case he somehow got our address too. We never even gave away our house number ever. Any advice?

It depends, how old is this "Tommy"? Maybe you guys really do know him, but have forgotten over the long period of a distant relationship, however I will say this, he does not have the right to call you if you properly and politely asked him to stop calling, and the phone number issue too.... How could he had gotten it? It's a mystery, indeed it is....
