cannot do day 2 event quests

is this an error with the game or did i mess up, i cannot do the quests for day two, i dropped my id badge is that the reason why or does other people have this issue? help is apperciated thanx

For me, the quest didnt pop up, but if u go to the guy, he will give u the quest

I dropped my id card also, and couldnt get quests from both bing or the guy near the ship for day two
