Did anyone get a blank screen suddenly and then receive a quest for a OSS Timer to wait an hour for a medal?

This quest is probably a waste of time. It takes 50 medals to purchase 1 upgrade item and you only get one medal for being logged in for an hour. (Unless the number of OSSS medals that you get is based on your level...)
