i got a 95 att 10 luk dark mate and i gonna hammer it should i use a chaos scroll? or a 60%?if chaos what can the stats be if it works and what can they be if it fails?

the only chaos scroll id use on a weapon is the new one that gives +10 or -10 -its from -10 to +10, not either or.-
