Chimera: how to fight this boss?

I was wondering if you have to complete a certain quest(s) to be able to enter the hidden street map to fight this boss. If not, i would really appreciate any advice/help on how to fight this boss. Thank you very MUCH! P.S i really think basil should have a Boss or Bossing forum.

Yeah, you have to do a huge Magatia questline actually. Fighting him, you don't need a guide for.

There's this major quest chain in Magatia. Towards the end of this chain, you'll get access to the map.

its actually not that hard to finish the quest you just need to talk to that ghost dude

Ok cool, does this have something to do with the alcando and that other guy(cant remember his name)? Like you have to finish all the quests from one of them?
