help with dragontail hair

so yesterday i got a vip coupn for kerning city and i took off my helmet and picked the dragontail hair. without my helm it looks really awesome. but when i put on my helm (lvl 70 maple helm) only the ponytail is visible and it looks really ugly. so should i wear my helm or not. also, im going to buy a zhelm soon so will it look the same with a zhelm on. thanks in advance.

Get a transparent hat. Problem solved. Only 1.8k nx! If you dont have that much, go do some surveys and make it really quick. Otherwise, theres no way in hell to choose hair over a z helm.
