So, I've seen a lot of threads asking about this new item. I decided I would make a thread to answer all these questions to further increase your knowledge on how this 'miracle' of a Cash Shop item really works. Please enjoy. What is Pam's Song? Pam's Song is a new, practical Cash Shop item here in GMS that costs a whopping 19,500 NX . (EACH!) To keep it short and sweet, Pam's Song acts as a White Scroll with the player's decision of activation AFTER upgrade failure. White Scrolls must be chosen to be active before the scrolling results, which means whether or not the scroll (the one being used on your equipment) works, the White Scroll will be used up. This means that Pam's Song is ultimately superior to the original White Scroll. "If your scrolls fails, you can use this item to prevent an upgrade slot from being used." How does Pam's Song work? Once you've purchased a Pam's Song and placed it in your inventory, it is ready for use. During the scrolling process, if you use a scroll on any given equipment, and it fails, the Pam's Song will trigger. A message will appear to you, asking you to choose whether or not you would like to use it. If you choose YES , the Pam's Song will return the failed upgrade slot back to your weapon. If you choose NO , Pam's Song will not return the upgrade slot, and cannot be used until you fail another upgrade slot.** **Side-note: Pam's Song will remain in your inventory if you choose not to use it. Will Pam's Song protect my equipment from being destroyed by Dark Scrolls? Absolutely not. Pam's Song does not restore your equipment if it is destroyed. It is a common misconception, due to the information on Nexon's website, that the Pam's Song protects your equipment. While it does protect the slots from being used, it cannot revive your equipment. Pam's Song is not the merciful Bishop of all scrolls. I've already failed a slot on my equipment, can I use a Pam's Song to return it? Another misconception is that the Pam's Song is a 100% Clean Slate Scroll. This is most definitely not the case. You cannot use it to return an already-existing slot on your weapon, as Pam's Song only activates on a failed upgrade attempt. Can I use Pam's Song more than once? Pam's Song is a one-time use item, however, you may purchase as many as you'd like to be used on a single item. Pam's Song will not be used up if you decide not to use it; unlike White Scrolls, which will be used up (if you checkmarked it) whether or not the scrolling succeeds.

I clicked the first option but I'm still a bit confused. So, what it does is, you can choose to use it AFTER the scroll already worked? So it's like, "A have a 23att SCG. *uses 50% GFA* Yes it worked! and I still have my Pam's Song because I didn't choose to use it!"

You have to decide beforehand whether or not you want to use the White Scroll. With Pam's Song, you decide AFTER the result if you would like to use it. If you can't see how much better this item is in terms of scrolling efficiency, I apologize.
