Pam's Song and Dark Scrolls

With the patch tonight Nexon will be adding "Pam's Song" into the cash shop. My question is that if you use a dark scroll and blow up your equipment, will using Pam's Song unbreak your item? According to the site (http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/Events.aspx?boardNo=200&contentNo=008os&pageIndex=1), Pam's Song returns the item to "how it was before the upgrade attempt."

awesome. The event is limited time only, which means people will be using a lot of 50% scrolls this month, which means faster inflation :D Genius Idea for Nexon to get rid of the 50% scrolls, AND make money in the process.

[/quote] It's exactly what making a lot of people avoid this pam's song at all. My xbow was worth 3b before the 50% thing, it is an awesome 136 atk with nice unique potential stats. But now how much is it? Man with 20k nx I could scroll about 4 xbows like that (and better) with 50%'s, so do you really think i'm going to spend 20-100k nx on finishing an xbow that's not even worth 10% of what it costed me? That's not being genius my friend, that's completly the opposite... So bad I can't use the exact words here.

The patch file was updated guys. Pam's Song restores a failed slot, it doesn't prevent item destruction.
