Been Hacked and Been Banned Permanently!

I have never ever hacked in my life and i dont not know why this has happened and i am wondering why on earth this has happened to me. i have sent in a ticket and am waiting for a reply. Has this happened to anyone else? Been a Couple of days and i have still not gotten a reply from nexon, anyone have an accurate guess at how long it will take then to get back to me?

Essentially, I came back to maple after a month or two to find that most of my stuff was gone, and all my mesos were gone. oddly enough, the untradeables weren't dropped.

Let me tell you brother ive been banned for 3 monthes for hacking that i didnt do and im still banned but the ticket says "work in progress" so hopefully another 3 monthes and ill be back so dont expect your account back anytime soon http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2j2j5hf&s=6

MmmmmHmm well ty but this sucks. do they read all tickets? and at Maid2Blade i dont know what happened but apparently someone came on my character at night and said sucks and left the guild. He then proceeded to hack i believe.

I got 2 accounts glitch perm banned, with the 5 times password wrong thing.. If they dont answer my ticket, Than thats plain bulls**t. There goes a level 82 DB and 98 Priest >___>

My NL got perma-Banned wrongfully. its been 5 months and nexon has yet to give me a response but for the time ive waited they credited my permanently banned account 10k maple points! AWESOME
