Can someone explain PAm 's Song?

i've been seein the word pam's song on basil and i saw it on the nexon v89 new CS items ( just the name not the picutre ) and someone explain to me what it does? :D

If I understand right, white scrolls will deflate since it's 100%. If not, correct me please.

hm if i had a gun, say 7/9 landed. if i used pam's song, i'd get 2 slots then 1 more landed (8/9) pam's song get 1 slot? o.o

You buy the CS item Pam's Song. You use a scroll on an equipment and it fails (provided it didn't blow up) Pam's Song will "activate" and prompt you if you would like to recover the slot you just lost. <--This implies that there are still losts on the equip that you can use a scroll on.

Have it in your inventory, and then scroll using legendary spirit. "Argh! Failed a slot! Not to worry, a message will pop up asking if you would like to use Pam�s Song to recover your slot." Its even better than a white scroll. It's only used if the scrolling fails. Where as a white scroll is always used on a success.

[/quote] thats what all clean slate scrolls are for, freeing up failed slots but pam's song is just happens to work at a 100% rate so say you have 5/9 scrolls that worked, you can free up to 4 slots using clean slates, but you have to have it with you while you are scrolling can't use it on previously scrolled items
